About the Author
Zach Cole is the author of the novella Tsuchigumo, his debut work. He was born in Wooster, Ohio, beginning his love of monsters at the age of two with Mothra vs. Godzilla. He became a writer around the age of ten, writing Godzilla stories and even comics containing his own monstrous creations. His love of books started with the Goosebumps series, reading anything that has to do with monsters, big or small. He lives in Applecreek, Ohio.

Decent sophomore novel about werewolves and monsters

Zach Cole's second book is a fun ride along in a world of aggressive supernatural creatures. I thought it was quite different from his previous book, but I like werewolves too. The lack of a fifth star is because, for me, this book seems a little hastily written, I'm not sure how else to put it. But the story continually progresses, albeit with the occasional story relative flashback, and the crazy menagerie of creatures he lets loose is quite fun. If you like werewolves and monsters, give this a shot. I think Mr. Cole's craft needs honing yet, in my humble opinion. He hasn't completely found his voice yet or something, but so far I like his stories. I just liked Tsuchigumo better than this one.

The author show potential but needs to work more on story an character development. Dialogue was of a preteen reader level but the elements of a great series are here with the right amount of effort.

Zach Cole has started as wonderful new series.Jeremy Walker is out on a wonderful evening with his beloved girlfriend when a werewolf changes his life forever.This wonderful book is full of grotesque monsters,ancient evil and great adventure and thrills. Don't miss this!
