Entertaining series.

I have read several of his books over time and have enjoyed them, then I stumbled over his web site and his review offer that no reader can resist. The central figure Kyra Sarin kicks ass and maybe takes names, if they are unlucky.

A refreshing take on SciFi!

Received this as a prize prize giveaway from the authors website, pleasently surprised and when it arrived dove right into it. I read a lot of all types of materials, fiction, non-fiction, the whole gamut. This is such a refreshing take on the genre of today. The storyline is intriguing, the characters well developed and the scenario gives you a sense of awe and wonder that is breathtaking. You immediately like the main character Kyra....and she really grows on you quickly. This apparently is the third in a series...so it looks like I have to look for the first two..You cannot possibly leave it at just one....definitely a keeper for the lifetime shelf...as far as I am concerned. Well done Mr. Cantan....a wonderful addition to my home shelves to be sure!!!
